@合壹空间设计：黑暗风的客厅，连通外阳台，带来更通透的光感，亮面的深灰地砖映照出整个空间的和谐统一。

The dark style living room was connected to the outer balcony, bringing a more transparent sense of light. The bright dark gray floor tile reflected the harmony and unity of the whole space.

@合壹空间设计：“简”是空间另一种真实的展示，黑色勾勒出空间的线条感，大面积灰色的铺陈，再由一些简单的装饰点缀，空间的生动性便随之展现。

"Simplicity" was another real display of space. The black outline of the space was the sense of lines, and a large area of Gray was spread out, and then some simple decorations embellished it. The lively nature of the space was displayed.

@合壹空间设计：开放式的设计，模糊了各空间之间的界限，让整个客餐厅更通透大气，也让各区域之间的联系更加紧密，增加了空间互动感。

The open design blurred the boundary between the spaces, making the whole dining room   more transparent, and also making the connection between the regions more closely, which increased the sense of space interaction.

@合壹空间设计：半开放式的书房，整体色调与客餐厅统一，简单的设计更能展现空间最本真的功能性。透明的玻璃门在需要的时候也能隔绝其它区域的干扰，带来更安静的工作环境。

The half open study was in the same color as the guest dining room. The simple design could show the most real function of the space. The transparent glass door could also isolate the interference of other areas when necessary, bringing a quieter working environment.

@合壹空间设计：餐厅与厨房没有明显的分界，两者之间相互融合，餐厅一旁的竖条窗口，引入室外的光线，太阳带来的光感，赋予餐厅更自然的生活气息。

There was no clear boundary between the dining room and the kitchen, and the two of them merged together. The vertical window beside the restaurant led in the light outside. The light brought by the sun gave the dining room a more natural aura of life.

@合壹空间设计：开放式厨房的设计，让整个客餐厨整体更统一和谐，餐桌兼具岛台功能与厨房的操作台组合一体，增加了操作空间，也分割出了厨餐厅与其它区域的边界感。

The design of the open kitchen made the whole dining room more unified and harmonious. The dining table had the function of island table and the operating table of the kitchen, which increased the operating space and also separated the kitchen from other areas.

@合壹空间设计：一整面的透明玻璃代替普通墙面，在暗色系的空间里，映照出更多的空间轮廓，增大空间感，在灯光的烘托下，又会带来不一样的通透感。

A whole transparent glass replaced the ordinary wall. In the dark space, more space outline was reflected, which increased the sense of space. In the light, it would also bring a different sense of perception.

@合壹空间设计：暗色系的卫生间，干湿分离，颜色的统一，让整体更简洁，透明玻璃代替的墙面，降低了黑色带来的沉闷压抑感。

The dark bathroom was separated from the dry and wet, and the colors were the same, making the whole room more simple. The transparent glass replaced the wall, which reduced the depression caused by the black.

@合壹空间设计：主卧沉稳，深灰色的主题色，带来更静谧舒适的休息环境，木质的背景墙，质朴温润，融化了深灰带来的冰冷。

The master bedroom was steady, and the dark gray theme color brought a more quiet and comfortable rest environment. The wooden back wall was simple and warm, melting the coldness of the dark gray.

@合壹空间设计：主卧兼具衣帽功能，透明的玻璃柜门，增加了空间的通透感，感应的灯条，简单却带来更方便舒适的使用感。

The master bedroom had the function of cloakroom. The transparent glass cabinet door made the space more transparent. The light bar sensed by the master bedroom was simple but brought a more convenient and comfortable sense of use.

@合壹空间设计：次卧延续了整屋风格的清冷，大面积的灰色与极简的吊灯，让整个空间更干净简单。

The secondary bedroom was as cold as the whole room. The large grey room and the simplest chandelier made the whole space cleaner and easier.

-原始结构图-

@合壹空间设计：原始结构分析：

1、原始厨房面积相对较小，操作空间比较局限；

2、原右上角的空间不规则，狭长的转角实用性不高，浪费了一部分空间；

3、卫生间相对较小，使用略微局促；

4、三个卧室都有可拆卸的飘窗，占据了不少空间，主卧原有的空间划分不够舒适，对空间的浪费较大。

@合壹空间设计：空间改造：

1、将原始厨房改为开放式，连通整个客餐厅，增大空间感，利用书房的转角小空间，将餐厅设置在开放式厨房一侧，让餐厨整体更融洽紧密。

2、连通客厅阳台，利用原有的空调机位，设计洗衣烘干区，让客厅整体更通透，也避免了空间的浪费；

3、书房拆除多余的空调机位和飘窗台，增大使用空间，将原有墙体设计改造为玻璃滑门，增加空间通透感与互动性；

4、利用玄关处的多余空间，将整个卫生间外移，增大使用空间，干湿分离；

5、拆除主卧的飘窗与空调机位，让主卧更大更通透，利用卫生间外移的空间，增加衣帽间与储物功能，让主卧的舒适性提升。
